The Environmental Sensitivity Mapping (ESM) Webtool is a decision-support tool for Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) and planning processes in Ireland.  
The ESM Webtool centralises over 100 relevant datasets to provide easy access to environmental and planning information.
It allows users to create plan-specific ‘environmental sensitivity maps’ that identify natural assets and indicate suitable development areas for a given region.
